Whew! Not only has it been hot outside, but we’ve really been cooking here at Billingsley. Our newest property Gramercy on the Park is almost ready for kickoff (just in time to invite your friends over to watch the Cowboys in your new apartment). This new property has us very excited. Not only is it a great place for multi-family living, but it’s really going to brighten up the southeast corner of George Bush and the North Dallas Tollway.
Here’s a sneak peak at what the finished project will look like. Look at all that green! This is the perfect spot for people who work in north Dallas, or Plano. You’ll be close to shopping, restaurants along the Tollway, and within short driving distance to IBP and Legacy business centers.
