We recently completed the newest phase at Austin Ranch, a new neighborhood called Austin Boulevard. At Austin Boulevard, we built 535 new apartments, condos & lofts AND we added more shops and restaurants AND Margo Sawyer installed her latest sculpture “Synchronicity of Color” smack dab in the center of it all. Sawyer also influenced the design of the landscaping and pool. We think it’s very cool – Come check it out for yourself.
